Ordering Information

All of my custom veils are made once an order has been placed. For that reason I require a non-refundable downpayment of $30.00 to start your veil ( 50% deposit on Lace wedding veils) . This downpayment must be paid before I will start to create your veil. Full payment is due when the veil ships.

Your veil will be ready within four weeks of your order date.

Ordering Process

• In order for the two of us to come to an agreement on a design, I will work with you via e-mail, regular mail, fax and phone to come up with a final design. I will then email you an estimate for your veil and the details of your veil as we discussed them.
  
• If you are satisfied, you can send your downpayment and I will begin work on your veil.
  
• I will email you upon completion of your veil and email you a photo of your finsihed veil. At that time final payment will be due. When payment has been received I will ship your veil to you via FEDEX ($15.00) or Priority Mail ($6.75).
  
  If you need your veil sooner than the stated four weeks, there is a rush fee of $15.00.

  Refund Policy

• Upon receipt of your order you have 5 days to decide if you would like to keep it or return it for a full refund (minus the non-refundable $30 deposit). After 5 days no refund will be given. No refund will be given if the postmark on the return box is after your wedding date.
  
• If you need only a small change done to your veil, please ship it back to me and I will gladly make the appropriate changes. Changes to the veil other than what was previously discussed will be charged extra.
  
• No refund on Lace Veils as they are original pieces.
  
• Tiara returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  
• Cancellation Policy: All cancelled orders are subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee.
